### Ascending Cycle:
|
|||
|
|

|||
|
|
- Press and hold the safety button for the entire duration of the cycle.
|
|||
|
|
- Press and hold the ascent button for the entire duration of the cycle.
|
|||
|
|
- Unlocking of cylinders via excitation of the pneumatic valve.
|
|||
|
|
- Wait for a filter of xx Seconds (To be defined), parameter settable on HMI.
|
|||
|
|
- Activation of the motor (Starts ascending)
|
|||
|
|
- Upon reaching the high position switch, deactivate the pneumatic valve to extract the locking pistons.
|
|||
|
|
- With the pistons in locking position (Signals from the 3 reads), deactivate the motor.
|
|||
|
|
- Wait for a filter of xx Seconds (To be defined), parameter settable on HMI.
|
|||
|
|
- Activate the hydraulic valve to descend until the platform rests (Duration of about 2 seconds but to be defined, parameter settable on HMI).
|
|||
|
|
|
|||
|
|
### Descending Cycle:
|
|||
|
|

|
|||
|
|
- Activate the motor.
|
|||
|
|
- Unlocking of cylinders via excitation of the pneumatic valve.
|
|||
|
|
- Upon reaching the high position switch, deactivate the motor.
|
|||
|
|
- With the motor stopped, excite the hydraulic valve.
|
|||
|
|
- Upon reaching the position switch, deactivate the hydraulic valve and extract the locking pistons.
|
|||
|
|
|
|||
|
|
|
|||
|
|
**Ciclo di Salita:**
|
|||
|
|

|
|||
|
|
- Premere e mantenere il pulsante di sicurezza per tutta la durata del ciclo.
|
|||
|
|
- Premere e mantenere il pulsante di salita per tutta la durata del ciclo.
|
|||
|
|
- Sblocco dei cilindri tramite eccitazione della valvola pneumatica.
|
|||
|
|
- Attesa di un filtro di xx Secondi (Da definire), parametro impostabile su Hmi.
|
|||
|
|
- Attivazione del motore (Inizia la salita)
|
|||
|
|
- Al raggiungimento del micro di posizione alta, diseccitare la valvola pneumatica per estrarre i pistoni di blocco.
|
|||
|
|
- Con i pistoni in posizione di blocco (Segnali dei 3 read), disattivare il motore
|
|||
|
|
- Attesa di un filtro di xx Secondi (Da definire), parametro impostabile su Hmi.
|
|||
|
|
- Attivare la valvola oleodinamica per scendere fino ad appoggiare la piattaforma (Durata di circa 2 secondi ma da definire, parametro impostabile su Hmi).
|
|||
|
|
|
|||
|
|
**Ciclo di discesa:**
|
|||
|
|

|
|||
|
|
- Attivare il motore.
|
|||
|
|
- Sblocco dei cilindri tramite eccitazione della valvola pneumatica.
|
|||
|
|
- Al raggiungimento del micro di posizione alta disattivare il motore.
|
|||
|
|
- Con motore fermo Eccitare la valvola oleodinamica.
|
|||
|
|
- Al raggiungimento del micro di posizione Diseccitare la valvola oleodinamica ed estrarre i pistoni di blocco.
