Barilla will be responsible for all wiring changes. The following list is the device Net components: - Power Flex 70 VFD drives. - 1734 remote I/O - Robots - All Panel View stations are using ethernet communications and will remain the same. - There are 4 electrical cabinets as follows: - QT1 – Main PLC cabinet for transport located near case packers. - QT2 – Remote cabinet for transport located in warehouse near robots 1 and 2. - QR1 – Robot 1 PLC - QR2—Robot 2 PLC - I will provide a link, so you receive a copy of the prints. - QR1 and QT1 and QT2 are combined in a single file. - QR2 is a separate file. • Replace old Rockwell SLC 505’s (3 total) with new Contrologix 1756-L82E or –L83E • Convert SLC programs (3 total) to Contrologix. Robot 1 and Robot 2 PLC programs are similar. • Keep existing point I/O but replace Device Net communication module with Ethernet • Replace all HIM with Touch Screen HIM 2711P-T10C22D9P • Remove any Device net communication and replace with Ethernet • Convert robots to Ethernet communication • Replace all VFD drives with AB 525 series • Provide Barilla with hardware parts list for conversion • Increase SKU memory in PLC to minimum of 300 • Give possible suggestion for improvements to system • List any possible software/firmware changes to Robots • Provide a quote for conversion by February 2022 • Provide a timeline for conversion to determine downtime • Update prints. Barilla will provide PDF copy of existing prints.
