Setup Photocell distance

Enter on the parameters Menu

Press SELECT

  • This distance can be changed to adjust the time to push the bottles. Setting a bigger time helps to push the bottle instead of leading.

Setup EXTERNAL SIGNAL timing

  • After press Enter need to wait the expulsion signal from the camera. With this signal the machine will calculate the time automatically to the trigger photocell.

  • With the EXTERNAL SIGNALS DIST. AUTODETECT function the system automatically calculates the time and set the EXTERNAL SIGNAL1 DIST. (st): parameter. This time should be set carefully as the maximum allowable time because the Marken Telecamera does ==not always trigger with the same time==. If the telecamera takes longer to send the expulsion signal, Logic&Control might reject the ==wrong bottle== (next one). Therefore, set the shortest possible time to ensure the correct bottle is rejected. One method to determine this time is by using the autodetect feature and then reducing this distance with the minimal gap between bottles. On the factory testing we used 160 with a 200mm distance on a 22m/min speed.
