2 PROPOSAL DESCRIPTION
2.1 Project description
Customer request:
The Customer wants to replace the current product agitator, identified by the SIDEL code 00000174147 (MSB10/200) and identified at HMI by the classification criterion MMF201, which is installed on the product storage tank (TF201) of the SRVU0008.
2.1.1 Our technical solution
CHAPTER A. Replacement of the current MMF201 agitator (Y_7800/TF201: code 174147) with new BY AERRE-INOX.
SIDEL's O&U technical department has carried out a study to verify the replacement of the current mixer/agitator with that of a different supplier (which is our new supply standard).
In the study we considered the assembly of the magnetic mixer, identified by the SIDEL code 00000225909 (TM12AC), from the supplier AERRE-INOX.
The study was also used to evaluate the dimensions and any obstacles that could be present during the replacement; we had asked Aline Moutairou and SAM Teil Herve to receive photos of the area where the agitator is installed, to verify that there are no piping made differently from what is present in CAD but, we did not receive the photos.
Current mixer installed (00000174147) on Current Product Feeding Assembly (Y_7800: 04291736906):
Currently, SRVU0008 has installed, on the product storage tank (TF201), the magnetic mixer from the supplier Mariotti&Pecini, MSB10/200, flanged.
The electric motor (component 1) has a size of 0.75 Kw.
New agitator to be installed (00000225909):
Comparing the new agitator with the current one, it can be noted that the interaxis and the number of holes on the flange are the same.
Therefore, installation on the storage tank is possible: furthermore, the external dimensions are similar.
Like the agitator currently present, the electric motor of the new one also has a power of 0.75 Kw.
The new magnetic agitator has an average LT, of the supplier to SIDEL, of 9 working weeks.
Since there are no elements nearby (e.g. piping) that can generate interference, the assembly of the new agitator is possible without modifying additional components.
(however, we have not received the photos to confirm the real situation of the piping on site)
In addition to offering the new agitator 00000225909, in order to correctly install the new impeller and, for future maintenance, it is needed and offered:
KMT-08 TORQUE WRENCH (SIDEL REF. 00000234046) TO SCREW THE NUT SECURING BUSHING MMxx-xx/14-T.
Fix the Drive unit “Pin” procedure=
With the tool KMT-08 as in evidence here below (GREEN arrow), tighten the drive unit at 20 N/m as data below.
Please SECURE that the PTFE gasket were not out of the bushing following the tighten procedure.
ATTENTION:
The replacement of the agitator must be done by specialized personnel and, first, the work environment must be made safe.
The tank and the pipes must be drained and the supply of the various gases must be interrupted (possibly, applying a padlock to the interception valves to avoid accidental opening).
ON SITE=
1 Mechanical operator Sidel for 1 day
1 Electricia operator Sidel for 2 day
1 Automation operator Sidel for 3 day. To check the setup and the correct direction of rotation of the impeller. The THIRD day are used to check the CIP and Production cycle.
1 customer operator.
CHAPTER “E”. EMERGENCY SPARE PART FOR HIGH LEAD TIME: impeller TM12, CODE 00000265159. LT = about 8 WEEKS. OPTIONAL.
SIDEL recommends that the customer keep one impeller in its spare parts warehouse.
The impeller assembly cannot be repaired on site (the bushing inside the impeller cannot be replaced on site): to repair/overhaul the impeller assembly, it will need to be shipped to SIDEL/AERRE-INOX.
We offer=
· 00000265159, IMPELLER FOR MAGNETIC MIXER AMT-12, with:
o Dynamic bearing made of Tungsten Carbide Wc+Ni.
o Surface roughness average Ra 0,2 µm.
o Extimate LT form supplier for SIDEL= about 8 WORKING WEEKS.
· AERRE-INOX 3.1 CERTIFICATE according EN10204 - material in contact with food product.
The cost of the impeller's overhaul will be discussed in a separate chapter.
CHAPTER “F”. Overhaul of the impeller, performed by the supplier AERRE-INOX, managed by Sidel S.p.A_IT_Parma. Optional / When needed.
In this chapter the cost necessary to overhaul the impeller of the MIXER-agitator product of the NEW supplier AERREINOX is quoted.
In this specific case, to overhaul the "TM12 / 4-T" impeller model (A-R code), identified by the SIDEL code: 00000265159.
The impeller assembly cannot be repaired on site (the bushing inside the impeller cannot be replaced on site): to repair/overhaul the impeller assembly, it will need to be shipped to SIDEL/AERRE-INOX.
The cost of the overhaul refers to the invoicing of AERREINOX to Sidel S.p.A_IT_Parma.
The overhaul will be performed only and only at the Italian factory of the Aerreinox supplier.
The cost of the impeller revision, is budget.
If the customer deems it necessary, for the supply of the revised impeller or any maintenance kit from the AERREINOX supplier, he can request the certificate of suitability for contact with food in accordance with EN10204 or FDA.
The certificate has a cost. If it should be requested separately from the order of the material (after the order), it will have a double cost.
In this chapter, I enter the average cost of the certificate, requested together with the ordered material.
NOTES ON THE MANAGEMENT OF THE IMPELLER OVERHAUL:
In the event that the bottler customer is in Italy and is not yet a customer of AERREINOX, and wants to directly manage the review with AERREINOX, the company would apply the commercial conditions relating to new customers: advance payment to the order.
In the event that the bottler customer is located outside Italy, and wants to manage the maintenance independently, he will have to rely on the Aerre Inox dealer in that country.

In the specific case of this French customer, the local supplier is the company: Poliflux.
In 2021 I had contacted the supplier Poliflux for another French project and the outcome was that the most economical solution is to manage the maintenance through SIDEL and not through the local dealer of Aerre-Inox.

3.2 Proposal validity
3.2.1 Expiration
The Offer is valid sixty (60) days from the date thereof. Extension of the Offer is subject to Seller’s written approval. After this period, prices can be revised.
Any express reference to the data of this offer (number/date) that will be included in the Purchase Order issued by customer shall be intended as acceptance by the customer of the whole content of this offer, including the attached Sidel's General Conditions of Contract, and as prevalence of this offer on any other possible contract conditions text that may be sent by the customer.
3.2.2 Requirements
The present offer is only valid if the machines object of our proposal meets the following requirements:
§ They comply with the technical documentation in our possession.
§ They are in a good condition of maintenance.
§ On the machines are installed original components supplied by the manufacturer.
We kindly ask the buyer to inform us on possible differences in comparison the above.
In case of order, it will be care of the buyer to send us a copy of the electrical diagram, a copy of the software installed on the machine to be modified and the different samples mentioned in the table here under (Paragraph “Mandatory technical specification & samples”).
3.3 Samples
All below technical specification & samples are mandatory for ordering.
PRODUCT CLAUSE:
Customer will supply samples of products, exiting from the production line and at the contractual output, for commissioning purposes.
Should our staff have to wait, because the buyer is not in a position to feed our equipment with the right products, then the waiting time would be charged extra at our usual daily rate.

FDM DESCRIPTION
Per uniformità di progetto verrà evaso un inverter FC302 al posto del FC280. (Comunicazione al PM 11/02/2025).
1- Pag.055 – Inserito nuovo inverter su rete profibus.
2- Pag.0140 – Aggiunto comune 140X5/22A.
3- Pag.0200 – Nuovo inverter per agitatore.
4- Pag.0925 – Consensi safety per nuovo inverter.
5- Pag.0927 – Eliminato vecchio comando agitatore.
6- Pag.0950 – Eliminato fbk del vecchio 200K7.
7- Pag.0962 – FBK morsetto 27 inverter agitatore.
8- Pag.1240 – Aggiornato lay out Q.E. Dalle misure arrivate da cantiere l’inverter si posiziona precisamente nelle spazio indicato. Forniamo pezzo di canala da 25mm per sostituire la canala da 40 presente nel caso di problemi.
-Nota per il tecnico cablatore : Controllare sempre il materiale evaso in distinta ( sotto allegata ) e
portare con se il materiale di consumo e l’attrezzatura necessaria per
la corretta realizzazione dell’Upgrade.
-Note for the cabling technician : Always check the processed material in the list ( attached below )
and bring with you the consumables and equipment necessary for
the correct implementation of the Upgrade.
In caso di sotituzione inverter ripetere tutte le prove di arresto in emergenza (con verifica rampe) e nel caso motore macchina anche di marcia jog con porte chiuse e porte aperte.
If the inverter is replaced, repeat all the emergency stop test (whit ramp check) and, in the case of the machine motor, also the jog running tests whit doors closed and doors open.
