- Start:
- Fill to Sic with minimum accumulation
- Run chain at fixed speed
- Wait for phase to start ( the phase and the ramp of doser must be parametrized)
- After some bottles go in ramp to variable speed
- FB Skid
- Inputs:
- TT1 : water temperature
- LT1 : water level sensor
- PT1 : pressure sensor ( max control => alarm )
- Outputs:
- AMV1: valve to modulate cool water to the Skid
- If P1 is running and TT1 > min -> open then valve
- P1 : water pump
- STOP LT1 < min
- START LT1 > medium
- AV1 : Water filling and top-up valve
- AMV1: valve to modulate cool water to the Skid
