  • Two main parts
    • FB Tilting
      • Sic : Synchronism?
      • Cont ?
      • Sensor for tensioning?
      • Max ? Overspeed?
      • Min : Stop / Start
      • Variable Speed. - = reference by filler
      • Formats: ? 66mm a 93mm => 27mm. How is changed?
      • Start:
        • Fill to Sic with minimum accumulation
        • Run chain at fixed speed
        • Wait for phase to start ( the phase and the ramp of doser must be parametrized)
          • After some bottles go in ramp to variable speed
    • FB Skid
      • Inputs:
        • TT1 : water temperature
        • LT1 : water level sensor
        • PT1 : pressure sensor ( max control => alarm )
      • Outputs:
        • AMV1: valve to modulate cool water to the Skid
          • If P1 is running and TT1 > min -> open then valve
        • P1 : water pump
          • STOP LT1 < min
          • START LT1 > medium
        • AV1 : Water filling and top-up valve
